      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and manage a team of Fraud Operations Specialists, providing guidance and performance management
      - Monitor transactions and accounts to identify potentially fraudulent activity
      - Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and controls
      - Oversee investigations of confirmed fraud cases, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with regulations
      - Prepare and present reports on fraud activity and prevention efforts to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in fraud operations or risk management, including supervisory experience
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Excellent leadership and communication skills
      - Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and relevant regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fraud prevention within e-commerce or financial services
      - Relevant certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
