What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate the work of the Behavioral Onsite Navigators team
- Facilitate the ongoing competency assessment and educational offerings for case managers
- Provide case management services and participate in the work activities of assigned teams
- Manage a team of 15 direct reports, ensuring quality and service standards are met
- Report to facilities as needed while primarily working remotely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
- Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact or Virginia) preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Case Management is required
- Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility for Integrated Care Management departments
- BLS certification is required if in a clinical setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Managed Care or Health Plan experience is preferred
- Behavioral Health experience is preferred
