What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations and coordination of work for the Integrated Care Management team
- Provide leadership and support to a team of 15 Behavioral Onsite Navigators
- Conduct ongoing competency assessments and identify educational needs for case management staff
- Participate in case management services as needed while facilitating the work of assigned team members
- Deliver educational services to enhance the skills and competencies of Medical Care Management staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact or Virginia) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Case Management is required
- Specialty certification within one year of eligibility for Integrated Care Management departments
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if working in a clinical setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in Managed Care or Health Plan environments
- Background in Behavioral Health services
