What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, develop, implement, and maintain training programs for critical systems within the organization
- Create training materials including user guides, eLearning tutorials, and certifications
- Conduct training sessions in both web-based and classroom environments
- Supervise and develop the IT Training Team, ensuring collaboration and individual growth
- Capture and report on IT Training metrics related to participation and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, Communication, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of experience in developing and delivering technical training courses
- 2 or more years of project management experience
- 2 years in a Senior IT Trainer position or equivalent leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with web conferencing and LMS systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications for training and/or technical experience
- PMP Certification
- ITIL Certification
