      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily operations of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team
      - Train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate Telemed Nurses and Case Managers
      - Cultivate professional relationships with internal and external customers
      - Review and develop policies and procedures to enhance efficiency within the RPM program
      - Provide supervision for RPM Registered Nurses, Desk Case Managers, and Technicians

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
      - Current New York State Registered Nurse license
      - Experience in the home health field preferred
      - Clinical experience with high-risk patients preferred
      - Prior home care management or supervisory experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home care management or clinical expertise in a supervisory role
      - Familiarity with technologies used in Remote Patient Monitoring programs
