      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Champion the employer's values and promote safety culture with internal partners and external contractors
      - Develop and advance the safety culture by applying the Safety Management Framework
      - Establish effective relationships with regional field personnel through active field involvement
      - Coach and mentor field safety resources and leadership teams to foster an interdependent safety culture
      - Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulators on safety audits and corrective action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related University Degree or 3 additional years of experience above the minimum requirement
      - Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible health and safety experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry
      - High-level understanding of occupational hygiene concepts and fleet driver safety programs
      - Education or experience related to supervision, auditing, and event analysis
      - Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
      - Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Registered Occupational Hygienist (ROH)
