What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain training manuals and materials with accurate and up-to-date information
- Create training effectiveness assessments and assist with recruiting and onboarding new hires
- Formulate a Quality Assurance system for effective coaching and identify trends in contact center performance
- Serve as the lead liaison between Expedition Specialists and various operational partners
- Conduct regular meetings with senior management to address training needs and areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and a passion for travel
- Expertise in reservations systems and processes, gained through training and experience
- Must be a team-oriented individual with the capability to collaborate with various internal partners

- Experience in training and development within the travel or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and customer service metrics
- Background in sales or performance coaching
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
