What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise a team of virtual block specialists to ensure accurate recording of vehicle and customer information
- Collaborate with IT to ensure proper setup and functionality of virtual support systems
- Coordinate sales schedules and staffing to meet auction needs across various time zones
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and manage recruitment for team members
- Partner with support teams to enhance operational processes and client service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to foster professional business relationships
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automobile industry or auction business
- Background in developing training or managing departments in automotive, rental/insurance, or virtual call center settings
- Proficiency in computer software, with AS400 experience preferred
