What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily activities of a direct reporting team, including interviewing, training, and performance management
- Ensure team-level metrics are met for departmental goals and assess quality and accuracy through audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional business areas to streamline processes and recommend changes to upper management
- Support the implementation of new processes and drive improvement opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with management and lead by example as a change agent

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to manage a virtual and/or in-person team
