Reviews all documents produced by the Equity Research department prior to publishing to ensure documents meet regulatory and department standards.
Works closely with Research Analysts, Associates, Editing staff and Compliance to ensure that KBCM Research publishes accurate, quality research materials on a timely basis.
Bachelor degree required; degrees in business, accounting, finance, economics or a related field are preferred
3+ years experience as a Supervisory Analyst, Research Analyst or Associate
Strong financial and writing skills (must be demonstrated through a standard financial and editing test)
Series 16 license
Flexible work hours required, particularly during quarterly earnings seasons. Typical schedule will likely start at approximately 2:00pm Eastern Time.
Ability to multitask and operate effectively under time constraints in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills given the need to interact with people from a variety of different departments
Proficiency with Windows based software, particularly Microsoft Excel

Reporting to the Director of Research, the Supervisory Analyst is responsible for reviewing all documents prior to publishing to ensure the documents meet department standards as well as all applicable rules and regulations. This involves extensive work with our editing and research staff as well as compliance and this role is critical in order to efficiently publish quality research.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience , education, licenses, and certifications . Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
