Federal employees who meet the definition of a "surplus" or "displaced" employee. - Serves as a sector director and provides expert advice to satisfy unusual or sensitive requirements, which maximize AAS' resources facilitating delivery of critical client projects. Analyzes and responds to unusually complex requirements and oversees, coordinates, and/or offers creative, innovative, and/or cost effective solutions.
- Provides guidance and overall strategy related to sector business operations. Ensures plans/strategies are linked and coordinated between related initiatives, operations, and information technology systems to ensure successful implementation. Manages and directs the operations of the sector and also provides authoritative technical guidance and support to directors and advisors on a myriad of business matters, which impact AAS resources, functions, services, and activities.
- Coordinates highly complex programmatic initiatives and allocates resources throughout AAS and related activities with AAS APEX Senior Executive Service (SES) Client Executives, stakeholders, and/or other government agencies, promoting mutual cooperation in areas that can be combined to improve effectiveness of
results. - Advocates for and represents AAS and OSO interests in relationships with external entities, persuades others to further those interests and associated methods, and establishes new business partnerships. Confers with key government and private sector officials and other top experts. Serves on GSA/FAS interagency and technical associations, forums, and committees of nationwide importance as a recognized authority in management and program analysis.
- Prepares written speeches, testimonies, and statements for FAS/AAS executive management on programmatic and operational issues and initiatives.

Summary
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an immediate supervisor for assigned staff in the Stakeholder Intelligence Sector.
Location of Position: FAS, Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), Location negotiable

The GS-15 salary range starts at $143,736 per year. Certain location-based pay entitlements (such as locality payment) are based on the location of the employee's official worksite associated with the employee's position of record.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience managing acquisition, technical and project management projects that include the following: developing and executing strategic business plans and operational policies to support customer requirements and organizational needs; directing others in performing comprehensive analyses of agency programs, practices, and operations; monitoring and analyzing technical aspects of broad programmatic issues in order to recommend changes, solutions to problems, or redirection of efforts; reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing various budgetary and fiscal data for the budget formulation, planning and execution phases; and developing, implementing and monitoring goals and/or measurements aimed at promoting and tracking program effectiveness.
