Federal employees who meet the definition of a "surplus" or "displaced" employee. - Provides leadership, guidance, assistance, and advice on current procedures and practices to internal customers and external stakeholders. Provides guidance for day-to-day activities to support assignment and acquisition of PBS-controlled space through the effective application of project management principles, key stakeholder outreach, and strategic planning and execution.
- Gives advice, counsel, or instruction to individual employees on both work and administrative matters. Responds to National audit requests and requests for executive briefings on multiple National program areas.
- Establishes national policies and guidance to direct support, and achieve program performance goals.
- Plans and schedules the work, makes assignments to subordinates based on priorities, and accepts amends or rejects their works. Evaluates employees' overall performance and promotes the accomplishment of a satisfactory amount of quality level of work in a timely manner.

Summary
As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you wills, provide key input to the development of business policies, practices, and performance metrics in support of the Center.
Location of position: Office of Leasing, Public Buildings Service.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $143,736 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience planning and directing teams on the application of policies and procedures required to meet organizational and programmatic goals; advising other organizational representatives on issues that involve the application or tailoring of methods, procedures and approaches; supervising teams that were responsible for overall management of operations to deliver highly technical facilities with annual high rent; working on complex Federal real property lease policy and program management initiatives with a multidisciplinary team, and in two or more of the following program areas:
