What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules
- Manage the weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customers
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Create and execute regular reporting while analyzing data for various business reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Order Management accuracy in ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Proven ability to identify gaps in demand/supply forecasts and resolve discrepancies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes
- Excellent communication skills for conveying results of data analysis
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Familiarity with data mining and analysis in support of marketing and sales efforts
- Previous involvement in managing S&OP escalations and related projects
- Knowledge of CE Reporting and ad-hoc project management
