      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop monthly materials forecasts at the item level using historical data, customer input, statistical forecasting models, and market trends
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop monthly consensus forecasts
      - Prepare and report forecasting metrics, including forecast accuracy and root cause analysis
      - Communicate trends and forecasts to internal and external partners to ensure sales growth and risk identification
      - Coordinate implementation of forecasting and inventory planning activities for special projects and new business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred and 2-4 years of relevant experience
      - Experience planning within reverse logistics and knowledge of major forecasting systems/software
      - Business Certifications and/or training are preferred (APICS, CSCP/CPIM, Six Sigma)
      - Strong analytical and technical skills, including Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst in a similar industry
