      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regulatory gap assessments to ensure compliance with standards like RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65
      - Oversee supplier surveys and maintain compliance-related documentation
      - Monitor global regulations and implement necessary changes to meet compliance requirements
      - Prepare detailed reports and metrics for executive leadership regarding compliance status
      - Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding compliance matters efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain regulatory compliance, focusing on global regulations
      - In-depth knowledge of regulations such as RoHS, REACH, and PFAS restrictions
      - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
      - Experience conducting regulatory gap assessments and implementing compliance strategies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the contract manufacturing industry
      - Familiarity with emerging regulatory frameworks and compliance tools
      - Strong project management skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
      - Background in developing actionable compliance strategies across supply chains
