Receive, analyze, and resolve incoming Supply Chain Management related application/process requests from suppliers, Business Units, and internal users as Tier 1 support. Including but not limited to; invoice, payment, rate validation, and all Procure to Pay (P2P) inquiries.
Use the Service Now ticket management system to respond to inquiries, monitor tickets, and action response times to ensure resolution achieves defined metrics, undertaking appropriate escalation procedures when required.
Provide Tier 1 support of P2P applications including SAP, Cortex, Open Invoice, Ariba, Maximo, and Service Now.
Support the execution of P2P process improvements to suppliers and internal users in collaboration with SCM Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Category Management, Master Data, Taxation, and other departments to ensure Cenovus has a best in class P2P process.
Assess the requirements of internal and external customers to resolve possible solutions to business issues and recommend enhancement/development of business processes
Coordinate SAP MM issues/enhancements/upgrades in conjunction with SCM Systems Team, IT and external offshore resources.
Help handle SAP Staging Table and workflow delays/issues. Assist in coordinating resolution.
Participate in the evolution of the Supply Chain Service Center (SSC) Support Desk Strategy and Sustainment.
Drive Customer Engagement and Business Unit (BU) relationship development.
Reject or redirect Cortex Service Receipts/invoices.
Resend Service Entry Sheet and Goods Receipt acknowledgements to Cortex.
Provide support to other functions within the SSC.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Completion of a high school diploma
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in P2P or related business
Excellent understanding of procure to pay
Experience with SAP MM
Customer Service focused
Be detail oriented and accurate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills to support large volumes
Work independently
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast paced team environment
Post-Secondary education
Supply Chain Management diploma/certificate/degree
Experience with Cortex, Open Invoice, Maximo, Service Now, Ariba
