- Serve as a key member of the REH Business Operations team
- Play a critical role with responsibility for developing and tracking systems, processes, and activities in support of the execution of key strategic initiatives and goals across the entire REH division
- Bring strong business and analytical management of REH business process across all geographic regions
- Be on point to provide thought partnership to VPs and senior leaders across the system
- Ensure our business cases are met both from a financial and an operational perspective
- Participate in maintaining working relationships with various levels of leadership within the PSJH system including regional senior leaders as well as leaders in Finance, HR, AP, and external vendors and contractors
- Be a part of the department's efforts to continuously optimize REH service models, maximize revenue generation, and consistently meet performance goals with emphasis on financial and operational optimization
- Create and maintain an environment of robust business acumen with a strong bias for action

- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or another related business field of study
- 6 years of experience in finance, business administration or operational business management
- 3 years of experience working in a complex integrated delivery system
- 2+ years of experience working with and managing geographically dispersed / virtual teams
- 2+ years of experience working in health care
