In this exciting role you are part of the local Commercial Sampling Management team based in Duebendorf. The aim of this role is to coordinate the Supply Chain teams and guarantee an outstanding customer experience for our external and internal requesters in terms of Service and Quality. You will work in close collaboration with the regional Commercial Sampling Supply Chain network.

Execution Excellence:

• Actively working with the teams on customer intimacy and delivering superior customer experience
• Define and manage Supply Chain relevant KPI
• Continuous improvement on service, quality, cost topics and safety
• Challenge established processes and way of working
• Building good relationships with the Commercial Teams, Portfolio Management and other stakeholders
• With support, perform LCMS (ERP) regression testing and evaluation of the LCMS (Change request)
• Application responsibility for our ERP system and its further development
• Support and influence regional Supply Chain initiatives or strategy

Leadership and Talent management:

• Managing the Customer Care, Planning and Stock Management team
• Provide coaching and functional direction to direct reports
• Human resource processes, such as annual performance review, setting targets or develop talents
• Lead by example and live our Givaudan DNA

Your professional profile includes:

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline preferred
• Knowledge of Flavors and/or Fragrances industry are an advantage
• Strong project management skills desirable
• Knowledge of LEAN or 6 Sigma methodology
• 3 years of experience in people management
• German native speaker
• Business fluent in English, any other language skills are an advantage
• Comfort in dealing with changes
• Cultural awareness
