What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Distribute goods to maximize profit and increase efficiencies through training and coordination with stores and partners
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Non-Profits and Vendors
- Provide comprehensive training for Non-Profit Partners and internal team members on supply chain management
- Track Partner performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Conduct audits for store and logistics locations to ensure accuracy in paperwork and partner payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision
- Advanced knowledge of household collection processes and supply chain management
- Expert-level computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills with strong written and oral communication abilities
- Minimum requirement of experience in supply chain management or related fields

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training or managing teams within a supply chain or logistics context
- Familiarity with inventory software, including CRM and other analytical platforms
- Understanding of the thrift retail industry and its operational challenges
- Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
