What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all incoming calls to the Regional Telephonic Medicine Center (RTMC), performing intake and triaging information
- Coordinate patient transfers, inpatient bed placement, and ambulance transport
- Document all phases of patient transfers, referrals, critical labs, and urgent appointments per protocol
- Participate in internal quality assurance, insurance verification, chart reviews, and data entry
- Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, hospital operations, and emergency transport resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Oregon or the SW Washington area at the time of application
- Excellent communication and triaging skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols and hospital operations
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
