      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become an expert in the AwardSpring product and provide customer training
      - Work Support shifts on a set schedule, including evenings as needed
      - Escalate customer issues to Product and Tech teams
      - Manage between 2-7 new customer implementations based on business needs
      - Participate in webinar series and manage one-off projects for the Customer Success team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in customer support, project management, or a client-facing role
      - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
      - Proficiency in managing a calendar and using Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS)
      - Background in higher education
      - Bachelor's or Associate's degree
