      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Diagnose software issues and provide direct support to customers using Laserfiche software
      - Collect technical information for proper escalation of issues
      - Design and build custom solutions for small VIP engagements, including installation and configuration of software
      - Provide troubleshooting, training, and support during testing and post-deployment phases
      - Participate in knowledge exchange with team members and backup other support engineers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, engineering, or a related technical field
      - 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
      - Experience with TCP/IP-based networking
      - Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software licensing and deployment
      - Familiarity with government project requirements and security clearance processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous work experience in customer-facing roles
