What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintaining, modifying, and troubleshooting Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki networking and security devices
- Diagnosing and repairing networking faults
- Escalating potential problems and client support issues
- Handling customer cases through to completion
- Participating in on-call rotation for Network/Security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki networking
- CCNP Route/Switch or CCNP Security certification with equivalent security experience
- Fluent in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working towards CCIE certification
- Experience with ACS authentication
- Hands-on experience with service ticketing tools
