      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of support engineers to provide technical assistance to customers
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the team
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
      - Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources
      - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
      - ITIL certification
      - Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role
