What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with the Government Task Manager, ensuring a qualified workforce of over 50 remote Research/Analyst personnel
- Monitor task order services, work products, and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and acceptance by client program offices
- Manage the task order contract comprehensively, following guidance from the AES Program Manager and the client’s Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the client and AES leadership, including Weekly and Monthly Status Reports
- Oversee onboarding and administrative actions for client-approved candidates, ensuring smooth integration into the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately 7 years of experience in project or task order contract leadership, preferably supporting Federal clients
- Proven record of effective people leadership and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on research or analytics
- Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated background investigation for a position of Public Trust
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
- Experience leading a fully remote workforce
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach in managing tasks and contracts
