What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Initiate daily outbound survey calls to gather customer feedback
- Provide support for both internal and external service requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service/support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
- Strong communication skills across various channels (CRM, chat, email, phone)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
