What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate software, hardware, and infrastructure issues
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ITSM software
- Provide support via chats, calls, and self-service requests, ensuring effective troubleshooting
- Maintain current knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure first call resolution
- Recommend modifications to procedures and documentation based on observed trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in information technology, IT support, or a related role
- Successful completion of End User Epic Training within 180 days of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- Technical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree with two (2) years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with no experience
- Previous healthcare experience
- ITIL/HDI/A+/Net+ or other technical certifications
