      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding their software and hardware needs via phone and email
      - Assist clients in implementing their ideas, such as segmenting customer data and setting up promotional offers
      - Provide technical support for hardware associated with the system, including ticket printers and scanners
      - Analyze client data and troubleshoot software and hardware issues to find effective solutions
      - Maintain system documentation and update guides and resources as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in person, over the phone, and in writing
      - Experience in customer service or technical support, with a client-facing role background
      - Ability to manage urgent or business-critical client challenges effectively
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
      - Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
