What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pick up and deliver respiratory equipment to patients in their homes, hospitals, or physician offices
- Assemble, set up, inspect, and test equipment while instructing patients and caregivers on basic operation and maintenance
- Gather and document customer information efficiently to fulfill customer needs
- Maintain the highest level of quality in customer care while acting professionally and courteously
- Conduct equipment set-up and titration studies, both remotely and directly, as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required for Level I
- 1 year of experience in home medical equipment delivery required; oxygen therapy or respiratory-related experience preferred
- State or National certification or licensure as an EMT, AMT, MA, CNA, or NRCNA required for Level II
- Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse required for Level III
- 3 years of experience in clinical services and home medical equipment industry preferred for Level III

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office for all levels
- Experience in oxygen therapy or respiratory related roles
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in all job functions
