What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and solutions to customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Educate customers on website tools and resources to maximize product use
- Document customer interactions and support issues in the ticketing system
- Demonstrate empathy and responsible judgment to ensure positive customer outcomes
- Test and evaluate new products prior to release
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Verbal and written fluency in Brazilian Portuguese; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, ideally in telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics
- Experience supporting B2C customers in a high contact support center
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video conferencing tools, including Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Familiarity with cellphones, apps, and Bluetooth technology
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of some college and relevant experience
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and relationship management
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
