What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key point of contact for users, assisting professional photographers and creators through various channels
- Troubleshoot user issues via Zendesk tickets and provide VIP support through live chat
- Identify product bugs and create reports for the R&D team
- Create help articles and suggest improvements for the Help Center based on user feedback
- Collaborate with on-site team members and other global offices to enhance support processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for photography and understanding of professional photography workflows and post-processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is a plus
- Flexibility to travel as needed during the year

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Capture One software
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service within the photography industry
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Zendesk
