      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team focused on retaining and growing the existing business customer base through effective sales strategies
      - Coach and develop sales representatives to achieve performance targets and provide exceptional customer service
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and ensure daily activity targets are met
      - Conduct regular team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or management
      - Strong leadership and people management skills
      - Excellent communication abilities
      - Proven track record in sales development and achieving performance goals

      - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
