What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly sales forecasts through effective sales calls to Surface Preparation customers
- Introduce the full equipment line to potential and existing customers
- Test equipment and diamond tools for customers
- Monitor market conditions and competitors in the territory
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside within the designated territory, ideally in Phoenix or Las Vegas
- Proven sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Surface Preparation industry
- Familiarity with diamond tools and equipment performance monitoring
- Previous experience in technical support or training roles
- Strong analytical skills to develop market strategies
- Willingness to continuously improve sales skills
