- Comfortable using email, Internet applications, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in person, in written correspondence, and over the phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical certification preferred
- Knowledge of lab/diagnostic tests and associated paperwork
- Working knowledge of managed care basics and experience with a managed care and Medicare population
- Strong documentation skills
