Summary:

A land surveying and mapping company in Jupiter is looking for a Party Chief to lead a survey crew working on various projects locally and throughout the state of Florida on a frequent basis. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working on FDOT projects.


Responsibilities:

* Perform survey work using GPS and Total Station
* Work cohesively within a team environment.
* Accurately document all work, keeping good field notes
* Provide office team with current data.
* Willingness to learn advanced surveying techniques

Requirements:

* Experience working on FDOT Projects
* Topographic survey experience/knowledge
* Right of Way Mapping experience
* US Citizen or Green Card holder
* Knowledgeable of field surveying practices
* Background Check and Drug Test required
* 2-3 years working as a Party Chief with Surveying firm
* Experience using field data collection programs such as Captiva, EFB, TDS, Husky, or a related software
* Able to travel to different project locations in Florida on a consistent basis (work truck and mileage reimbursement provided)
