Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client needs and manage end-to-end survey projects
- Develop customized questionnaires to measure residents' beliefs, opinions, attitudes, and behaviors
- Process and analyze survey results to provide insights for clients' decision-making
- Create and deliver reports presenting survey findings and recommendations to customers
- Contribute to the development of innovative survey research tools and methods, and automate and streamline the survey process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, psychology, sociology, economics, public policy, or other social science degree
- Minimum of two years of experience with quantitative research in a professional or academic context
- Proficiency in working with survey data and conducting analysis
- Native-level English proficiency and excellent writing skills
- Nice to have: proficiency in survey design and methodology, statistical analysis skills using Python or R, experience presenting findings to senior-level stakeholders, experience in a service-oriented and client-focused environment, public policy and government experience, familiarity with current events in the United States
