What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Survey Director in preparing survey proposals and managing budgets
- Manage field crews and office technicians to maintain schedules and deliverables
- Analyze field survey data, GPS data, LiDAR data, and GIS data for project delivery
- Prepare plats and legal descriptions while ensuring drawing accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Knowledge of ArcGIS and LiDAR technology
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license preferred but not mandatory
- Experience managing staff and projects
