What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sustainability and internal teams to develop and execute client sustainability strategies
- Prepare and manage sustainability data and metrics for client ESG reporting
- Coordinate third-party reporting for GRESB, CDP, and greenhouse gas inventories
- Conduct ESG assessments for clients beginning their sustainability and ESG programs
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to foster client growth and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Energy, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, sustainability, or ESG
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Direct experience with greenhouse gas inventories and ESG disclosure submissions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active participation in commercial real estate energy/sustainability/ESG organizations or related credentials
- Experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and major ESG disclosure frameworks
- Familiarity with corporate sustainability/social responsibility reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal resources and client relationships effectively
- Knowledge of emerging green building legislation and energy compliance reporting
