      We are searching for a Corporate Sustainability Analyst (CG02/CG03) to join our team and support on a variety of ESG projects. The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to ESG disclosure & reporting, ESG strategy, or ESG metrics projects. Applicable project types may include ESG/CSR reports, CDP or similar disclosures, GHG inventories, materiality assessments, GHG target-setting,, ESG program roadmaps, CSRD and ESG regulations, and supply chain analysis. Under the guidance of a Project Manager or above, this position will support quantitative or qualitative project tasks in support of deliverables for our corporate clients.

      An Analyst should be able to perform their portion of a project task with minimal oversight, creating and presenting compelling, evidence-based written and visual summaries of their analysis for both internal and external audiences. Take initiative and proactively find solutions to questions being asked or problems to be solved. Make recommendations on how to improve current work products and processes. Assisted with writing blog posts. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with all of the company's business areas that relate to sustainability activities.

      Clients, company offices, and resources primarily fall within the Pacific and/or Eastern time zones. Therefore, accessibility and work schedules aligning with these zones will be a factor in our search. Occasional travel may be required as needed. Considered candidates will be required to acknowledge that proof of eligibility to work in the United States must be successfully provided if selected for hire.

      • Assist project team members with the research, preparation, and completion of client deliverables
      • Flexibility and interest in contributing to multiple kinds of ESG and sustainability projects at once
      • Create and contribute to internal and client-facing documents
      • Bring enthusiasm and drive to provide our clients, our team, and our company with the best possible solutions and data

      Skills
      • Strong research and writing abilities within tight deadlines/timeframes
      • Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated facility with written and verbal business English, spelling, grammar, and vocabulary
      • Keen attention to detail in quantitative and qualitative materials
      • Ability to follow processes and ask informed questions
      • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analysis skills
      • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including written and phone
      • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
      • Self-motivated and resourceful in completing assigned tasks
      • Ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision
      • Ability to communicate and work effectively with different teams to accomplish tasks
      • Professional demeanor, and an ability to handle assignments, as well as confidential information, with professionalism, tact, and discretion

      Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in sustainable business, environmental science, economics/finance, climate science, business administration, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
      • At least 1 year of related experience in sustainability / ESG
      • General understanding of the principles and practices of the corporate consulting industry
      • Technical competence and understanding of one or more specialties in ESG disclosure & reporting, ESG strategy, or ESG metrics in a corporate environment

      Work Environment

      The position operates in a dynamic and highly collaborative work environment. We are dedicated to providing our staff the opportunity to elect hybrid office/home working location options. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

      Salary: $24.03 - $32.69 Hourly
