What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sustainability team in achieving energy, water, and waste program goals
- Quantify the impact of policies and projects on sustainability initiatives
- Aggregate and monitor energy, water, waste, and sustainability project results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for resource reduction
- Develop and implement policies for energy and water reduction in real estate projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in a sustainability-related field or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable operations and/or engineering of commercial buildings
- Strong operations management experience in large organizations
- Proficient in data management and sustainability management systems
- Excellent project management and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with corporate clients and understanding landlord-tenant relationships
- LEED accreditation is preferred
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of key sustainability issues
- Attention to detail in written and numeric work
