What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and implement sustainability-focused marketing initiatives and innovation projects for the Garden of Life brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Brand Communications, Quality, and R&D on key projects
- Support the tracking of certifications and manage updates related to sustainability initiatives
- Conduct ongoing analysis and measurement of brand performance, including consumption and shipment data
- Oversee complex projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment are maintained

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or a business capacity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree may be considered in lieu of experience
- Passion for sustainability and health/wellness
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills
