What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and implement sustainability-focused marketing initiatives and certifications for the brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key brand sustainability projects and marketing programs
- Support updates to certifications, labeling, and website content as needed
- Conduct ongoing analysis and measurement of brand performance, including consumption and shipment data
- Oversee complex projects with diverse stakeholders, ensuring timelines and targets are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, or a business capacity
- Strong detail orientation to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
