What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide input and recommendations to build a NetZero Roadmap for various building types
- Track, analyze, and report on global sustainability metrics including energy, greenhouse gas, water, and waste
- Develop and implement waste sustainability measures across the portfolio
- Manage waste vendor partners to ensure service levels and proper reporting
- Develop and implement energy-saving projects and manage national energy-saving initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, energy management, climate change, sustainability, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related sustainability project management experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven project management skills with accountability for time, budget, and resources
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience in developing presentation materials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of sustainability within the Real Estate sector
- Experience with energy, water, and waste audits
- Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting and sustainable operational excellence best practices
- Ability to develop analytical tools for enhanced decision-making
