What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage key stakeholder relationships to enhance client sustainability transformation
- Drive sales processes and engage in business development discussions
- Develop and implement sustainability strategy projects in collaboration with senior leaders
- Shape and deliver Quantis solutions, leveraging expertise in science, metrics, and communications
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development and strategy skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of business development and sales experience, particularly in the food and beverage sector
- Proven track record in account management and executing sales initiatives
- Strong understanding of business strategy and corporate sustainability practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer sustainability solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate sustainability
- Experience mentoring colleagues and leading project teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation in sustainability strategies
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry or similar sectors
