What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and grow key stakeholder relationships to accelerate clients' sustainability transformations

- Provide mentorship and developmental support to team members
- Advocate for project scope and team effectiveness in client interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of business development and sales experience, particularly in the food and beverage sector
- Proven track record in account management and executing sales initiatives
- Strong understanding of business strategy and corporate sustainability
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
