      Time Type: Full Time

Are you looking to advance your skills within sustainability reporting? And would you like to put your own personal stamp on how we carry out our ESG reporting within DSV?

Here, you get to impact sustainability within DSV by providing senior management and key stakeholders with data and clear-cut reports. Just as you will be playing a vital role in our CSRD implementation journey and in driving awareness within the DSV ESG community.

Also, you can look forward to joining an international company that offers a myriad of opportunities for you to develop and grow within your role.

Welcome to the Group ESG Reporting team

Joining us at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will become an integral member of the ESG Reporting team, which is part of our Group Finance function. Here, 3 colleagues and your manager work with ESG-related sustainability reporting and we are excited to warmly welcome you on board.

Our team – and DSV as a whole – embodies diversity in its truest sense – spanning various ages, nationalities, and backgrounds. Collaborating seamlessly, we have fostered a cohesive and informal work environment based on teamwork and collaboration. What is more, you will be joining a highly adaptable setting that occasionally permits remote work, promoting flexibility in your work routine.

“As a team, we’ve truly adopted the DSV values: customer first, best performance and true collaboration. Meaning that we work together to give our stakeholders correct data to base their decisions and assessments on.” – Senior Manager, ESG Reporting and eQMS Charlotte Balslev.

Extract and analyse data for vital reporting

As a sustainability specialist, you can look forward to an everchanging workday that evolves around periodical reporting within the ESG area.

Working independently, you gather data from various reporting tools and collaborate with subject matter experts – and other stakeholders – to develop reports for our business as well as external agencies.

More specifically, your key tasks include:

      • Collecting, controlling and validating data related to the ESG area
      • Translating the accumulated data and analysis into various types of ESG reports
      • Providing management and other teams with insight into ESG data
      • Ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner

      Specialist in analysing data

We are open to your background, but you will need to have a solid understanding of data and a keen interest in advancing your skills within sustainability reporting. It is also important that you excel at teamwork – as growth is a team effort – and know how to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Moreover, you are known for your logical and analytical way of thinking, which allows you to navigate intricate challenges and gather insights from diverse sources. Likewise, you are well-versed in the art of meeting tight deadlines.

      We also imagine that you:

      • Hold a degree in economics, engineering, sustainability, non-financial reporting or similar
      • Have experience working with sustainability, non-financial or ESG reporting
      • Have knowledge of methodologies and frameworks pertaining to ESG reporting, (such as GHG Protocol, CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.)
      • Have experience working with complex tasks
      • Have strong PowerPoint presentation skills
      • Speak and write English fluently

Want to know more and apply?

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the position and about your options in DSV. You are welcome to call Senior Manager, ESG Reporting and eQMS Charlotte Balslev on +45 40 36 04 20.

We look forward to receiving your application via the link below as soon as possible. We will process the applications as we receive them.
