What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the asset-level implementation, tracking, and monitoring of sustainability projects
- Support contract property managers in collecting and verifying property-level utility data
- Manage projects for building certifications and energy/water efficiency
- Monitor changes in local and state building performance regulations
- Support other asset-level sustainability projects and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3-7 years' experience in engineering, architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in institutional real estate and sustainability
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with real estate sustainability best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in institutional real estate sustainability
- Familiarity with ESG data management systems
- Ability to analyze data related to building performance and sustainability
