What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain and grow existing and new commercial loans while providing superior customer service
- Negotiate and structure new and renewed commercial loans, reviewing financial data to determine customer eligibility
- Identify relationship-expansion opportunities and collaborate with partners for credit and non-credit solutions
- Implement an effective calling program to maintain and increase commercial banking relationships
- Represent the bank in community organizations and activities to enhance the bank's image and referral network

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 15+ years of experience in financial or banking services in commercial lending
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals
- Credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills, including accounting and financial statement analysis
- Working knowledge of structuring credit products for middle market businesses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- MBA or Master's Degree in a related field
- Experience in developing and maintaining business in the commercial industry
