What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales objectives aligned with the company's business goals
- Mentor and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring they have the resources and training needed to succeed

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sizeable sales teams
- In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, both domestically and internationally
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
