      Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a On Call Swell Attendant to join our dynamic Retail team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

      What you will do

      • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
      • Ensure store meets quantitative measures of performance. Achieve personal sales goals and other goals as determined by Retail Management
      • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
      • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
      • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
      • Aid customers in locating merchandise
      • Communicate customer requests to management
      • Assist in completing price changes within the boutique or individual department
      • Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts
      • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
      • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Retail management
      • Uphold maintenance and housekeeping standards along with day to day opening and closing cleaning procedures
      • Ensure daily shipments are securely processed in a timely fashion
      • Ensure stock is tagged with proper sku’s
      • Watch for potential shortage through prompt receipt of shipments and servicing of customers. Notify management of missed markdowns and missing tickets
      • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
      • Achieve personal sales goals and other goals when applicable as determined by the Retail Management
      • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
      • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping duties
      • Aid customers in locating merchandise
      • Communicate customer requests to management
      • Assist in completing price changes within the boutique or individual department
      • Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
      • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
      • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Retail management.

      What you bring

      • Education: High School Diploma
      • Experience: Prefer previous experience in retail sales and operations, with a proven record of effective performance
      • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
      • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents and guests, staff and peers
      • Ability to operate all boutique computer or sales register equipment necessary to perform the job
      • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with associates and customers.
      • Experience in retail operations, with a proven record of effective performance
      • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
      • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
      • Requires attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and sales transaction paperwork

      Schedule

      • Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
